Codex International Exhibitions Service & 4 Square Exhibition Design is an award winning UK exhibition & shop fitting design led business made up of four specific elements.

Exhibition Stand design-build, Feature area design-build, Exhibition Graphic design with Shop fitting and interiors completing the group.

Each of these elements has similar attributes but still maintain an individual function within the group. All design and construction is undertaken in-house, this allows Codex to tailor a service specific to each client and their individual project. Thus allowing cost-effective pricing without compromising the commitment to quality.

Skyline Worldwide at Totally Expats 2013 - London Business Design Centre

Codex design and built the a new Skyline Worldwide stand for the Business Travel Show in February 2013. Skyline approched us again recently to do the same for a new stand at Totally Expats. The show at London Business Design Centre Attended by hundreds of global mobility professionals, providers, consultants and industry experts, there is no better place than our networking exhibition and conference to gain useful technical knowledge and insight from experts, discover new opportunities and network with your global mobility peers from across the UK.

The Compass Group at Scothot 2013 - Glasgow SECC

Compass Group is the market leader in providing contract catering and support services to clients in a wide range of sectors and markets. This year’s Trade Briefing will be an opportunity to meet the senior team from Compass and hear the opportunities ahead for suppliers.

Codex designed and built this crisp looking stand for the Scothot event at Glasgows SECC

The package included all stand elements, graphics, electrics, lighting and furniture. Codex were also responsible all of the health and safety documentation.

Voluspa
January 2013

US company Vouspa contacted us via our UK customer Aroma Home, to produce a brand new exhibition stand at the Maison & Objet show in Paris.

With a tight budget and very tight schedule, Codex produced a slick and stylish stand with high gloss and acrylic finishes. CNC Cut screen created a beautiful surround that could be seen through.

Sportel Monaco appoints Codex Exhibitions as 'Official Stand Contractor and Decorator' for Sportel Monaco 2012

Once again Codex Exhibition are appointed as an Official Stand Contractor and Decorator for the Sportel Monaco Event at the Grimaldi Formun. Located on the beautiful coast line of the Med on the beach at Monaco.

Codex Exhibitions were responsible for siz new stands at the 2012 event. Al Jazeera Sports, CSI Sports, Eurovision, Eurovision Showcase, FEI and Globecast, Big name companies from all over the world.

Working together with the shows organisers, to very tight timeline, all six stand were built in the UK on time and shipped to Monaco in time for the first day of the build. A team of nine then constructed the stand elements, fitted all AV, laid carpets and flooring, fitted graphics and finished stand ready for the opening day.
